Terms of service

These terms govern the optional Shipping Contract Guard Operator service, operated from Belgium under the name Shipping Contract Guard. Contact: hello@shippingcontractguard.com.

Professional use

The paid Operator plan is offered only to businesses and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade or profession. By subscribing, you confirm that you have authority to connect the WooCommerce site and accept these terms for that organization.

Service and limits

Operator covers one paired WooCommerce site and adds unattended supported-rule runs, missed-run supervision, alerts and 90-day offsite evidence history. Local plugin features remain free. Coverage is finite: unsupported extensions, incomplete observations and unproven behavior are reported as unknown. The service does not guarantee that shipping configuration is correct, that every checkout path is covered, or that a preceding configuration change caused a failure. You remain responsible for store configuration, backups, releases and customer-facing shipping promises.

Price, tax and renewal

Operator costs €29 per month for one site, plus any tax calculated by Stripe. Stripe charges the selected payment method when you subscribe and on each monthly renewal until cancellation. Checkout must show the final amount before you confirm. A successful browser redirect does not activate the service: only verified Stripe billing events can do so.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe self-service billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise. Payments already collected are not normally refunded, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded. Billing questions can be sent to hello@shippingcontractguard.com.

Availability and acceptable use

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and will use reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not probe, overload, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, resell the service without permission, or connect a site you are not authorized to manage. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, customers or third parties.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and total liability arising from the paid service is limited to the fees you paid for it during the preceding three months. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited. Belgian law governs these terms, and disputes are submitted to the competent Belgian courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

Material changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Continued use after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, cancel before the change takes effect.
